Personenbezogene Daten sind alle Daten, mit denen eine Person identifiziert werden kann.

Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten auf Grundlage von:

4. Accountdaten

Bei Registrierung und Nutzung werden verarbeitet:

  • Benutzername
  • Vor- und Nachname
  • Profilbild
  • Alter
  • Social Media Links
  • weitere freiwillige Angaben

Diese sind weltweit sichtbar:

  • Profilbild
  • Alter
  • Social Links
  • weitere freiwillig angegebene Informationen (z. B. Künstlername, Nationalität, Geschlecht oder ähnliche Profildaten)

Private Daten

Diese sind nicht öffentlich:

  • Adresse
  • Telefonnummer
  • Geburtstag
  • weitere Profilinformationen

6. Standortdaten

  • Standortdaten werden nur bei aktiver Freigabe verarbeitet
  • Anzeige erfolgt z. B. auf Karten
  • Daten werden zum Schutz (insbesondere Minderjähriger) technisch verfälscht

7. Eventbezogene Daten

Bei Event-Anmeldungen können verarbeitet werden:

  • Geburtstag
  • Telefonnummer
  • Kleidergrößen
  • weitere Angaben

Diese Daten werden an den Event Host übermittelt und dürfen ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Events genutzt werden.

8. Zahlungen (Stripe)

Zahlungen werden über Stripe abgewickelt.

Verarbeitet werden können:

  • Name
  • E-Mail
  • Zahlungsdaten
  • Transaktionsdaten

Stripe kann Daten in die USA übertragen. Dies erfolgt auf Basis von Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO.

9. Werbung

Bei Nutzung von Werbeplätzen werden verarbeitet:

  • Anzeigeninhalte

10. Inhalte und Uploads

Hochgeladene Inhalte werden gespeichert und je nach Einstellung öffentlich dargestellt.

11. API und Drittanbieter

Bei Nutzung der API durch Drittanbieter erfolgt die Datenverarbeitung außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs.

Es gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen der jeweiligen Anbieter.

12. Hosting und Infrastruktur

Die Plattform wird über externe Dienstleister (z. B. AWS) betrieben.

Verarbeitet werden:

Drittlandtransfer kann erfolgen (z. B. USA) unter Einsatz geeigneter Garantien.

Hosts können Events bewerben, wodurch Nutzer E-Mails zu relevanten Events erhalten können.

d) Widerspruch

Nutzer können nicht notwendige E-Mails jederzeit deaktivieren.

Wir verwenden ausschließlich technisch notwendige Cookies.

When registering and using the platform, we process:

  • other voluntarily provided information

Public Data

The following data may be visible worldwide:

  • name
  • profile picture

  • other voluntarily provided information (e.g. artist name, nationality, gender, or similar profile data)

The following data is not publicly visible:

  • address
  • phone number
  • date of birth
  • other profile information

6. Location Data

  • Location data (latitude/longitude) is only processed if explicitly enabled by the user.
  • It may be displayed on maps.
  • To protect users (especially minors), location data is technically modified to prevent identification of exact residential addresses.

7. Event-Related Data

During event registration, the following data may be processed:

  • date of birth
  • phone number
  • clothing sizes
  • other event-related information

This data is:

  • shared with the respective event host
  • used exclusively for the execution of the event

8. Payments (Stripe)

Payments are processed via Stripe.

The following data may be processed:

  • name
  • email address
  • payment data
  • transaction data

Stripe may transfer data to the United States. This transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

9. Advertising

When using advertising features, the following data may be processed:

  • booking duration

Uploaded content (e.g. images, documents) is stored and may be publicly displayed depending on user settings.

11. API and Third-Party Services

FSMeet may provide a public API.

When third parties use the API:

  • data processing occurs outside our control
  • the privacy policies of those third parties apply

FSMeet assumes no responsibility for third-party data processing.

The platform is operated using external service providers (e.g. AWS).

Data may be transferred outside the EU (e.g. USA) using appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
